Lindsay serves Lp by helping with finance and keeping all of our contracts moving forward. She is married to Aaron and has three little boys. Her knack for details is rooted in the fact that she truly wants the best for everyone and to see them succeed.
Michelle runs all things that deal with recruiting, working remotely from Joplin, MO. She loves to travel, has lived internationally, and loves killing zombies with her three boys as a gamer! She’s married to John and is actively involved with CIY (Christ in Youth), a national conference for students. She and John have previously served a number of years directly in Student Ministry at several churches, one of which was in New England.
Kristin now lives in Tacoma, WA but previously served on staff at churches in Denver overseeing Operations, First Impressions, and Global/Local Outreach. She’s also recruited students to ministry as an Admissions Director. She’s passionate about equipping young leaders to pave the way for others to meet Jesus, not unlike her own testimony of encountering Christ on a rare visit to a church with her family when she was 9. She’s a foodie, loves to cook and entertain with friends and family, and is a fan of words but can’t seem to find many who will play Scrabble with her!
Tirza supports Lp in keeping the ball rolling with open lines of communication through the recruitment process. She has a background in recruiting and team management. She's an active contributor in the preschool leadership team at Anchor church in Tacoma & leads the women's connection-team. She loves people- young and old-er! She enjoys exploring local places of interest, orca watching & trying to make babies laugh at social gatherings.
A ministry veteran who leads church planters and ministry residents at Ransom Church in Sioux Falls, SD. She studied at Wesley Seminary and was formerly on staff at Fountain Springs in Rapid City, SD
Dave Miller, who served as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at churches in Las Vegas, Central KY, and Western MI has also spent the last fifteen years on the go helping churches on a variety of topics from strategy to technology and facility redesign. He’s most passionate, however, about helping young leaders take their healthiest first steps into ministry. He’s an avid cyclist, Cincinnati Reds fan, and Jameson’s “Poppi.”
Sean is a Nebraska native and big-time Husker fan. While working at a Christian college in Church Relations and Recruiting, his passion for the local Church and finding the next generation of church leaders was fueled. He’s served as a pastor with Connections and Community Life at a church in the Denver area. He has quite the record collection, is decent at table tennis, and loves spending time in the mountains with his wife, Averi, plus, their kids and dog, Kanye.
Andy serves at Camp Rivercrest in Omaha as the Executive Director. He spent 15 years in youth ministry and continues to coach youth pastors today, as well as lead the Omaha Youth Leader Network.
Nancy lends her life experience as a leader, entrepreneur, and invested volunteer, to support Leadership Pathway and their vision for equipping the next generation of gifted leaders for a lifetime of strategic ministry.
Serving for 11 years in an executive role at a prevailing church in Omaha, she knows firsthand the critical need to combine traditional learning with innovative experiences to ignite long-term ministry potential.
Rich has been involved in church leadership for over 20 years at Connexus and Liquid Church and is the Founder of Unseminary.com. He has been a friend and supporter since day one of Lp. Rich brings a next-level kind of energy to everything he’s involved with, and he also runs Camp Mini-Yo-We in Central Ontario, Canada.
Gabrielle is the NextGen Pastor at Landing Place Church in Denver. She recently completed an Lp residency there. She is from Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington with a Communications degree. She says her time in ministry at Landing Place has been the adventure of a lifetime.

Phil spent nearly 20 years as a Church Planter, mainly in Seattle, before spending time as EVP of Injoy and as VP of the Billy Graham organization. He is the Founder of The Ling Group and The Giving Church, coaching church leaders in generosity and leadership development.
Matt is the founder of HouseRight.com and serves churches from coast to coast in space planning, audio, video, lighting and acoustics. He is a “church guy,” and his team of 40+ has a huge heart for the local church and its future.
David has worked, both in The Church & in para church ministries for over 15 years. He is the VP of Coaching at Novus.Global. He's passionate about equipping leaders and their teams to reach the next level in their work and mission.
Bart is the President and Co-Founder of Intentional Churches, a national ministry dedicated to training and coaching churches in how to double their Kingdom impact. Bart lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Catherine, and two children. They attend Central Church, where Bart served in Production and on the Executive team for over eleven years.
Dillon is the Content Writer for the Church to Church team at Life.Church, equipping pastors and leaders through Open Network and the Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast. Before that, he curated content and wrote for the Carey Nieuwhof team. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his family, and adamantly maintains that he wouldn’t be in ministry if it weren’t for Leadership Pathway.
